Technical personnel of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau-Cordillera Administrative Region (MGB-CAR) assigned to the twelve (12) Community Environment and Natural Resources Offices in the six provinces of the region attended the Orientation Camp held on June 13-15 at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane in Manila. The said camp is a national gathering of MGB technical personnel to update them on recent policy issuances on mining and other environmental laws. Department of Environment and Natural Resources Assistant Secretary for Finance, Information Systems and Mining Concerns, Engr. Nonita S. Caguioa, led the said orientation camp which aimed to continuously empower the MGB technical personnel in performing their tasks.
